- Rc file + fullscap papers
- Writing materials
- Spectacle hooks
- Personal medication (if any)

Time : 3.10pm (Fall in outside needlework rm)
Attire : Mufti
Things to bring : 1) 1.5L waterbottle
2) Spectacle hooks (for those who waering spectacle)
3) First Aid Booklet
4) personal medication (if any)
- Have your lunch before the training !
- Inform your level ic if you are not coming for the training !
- Pls put your bags inside the rc rm before fall in ! (use the mly rm lvl 4 IF thr is O lvl oral tmr !)
- Be puntual & DO NOT LATE !!

HAPPY 45TH ADVANCED BIRTHDAY !
Dear cadets ,
Just to let you all know that you all did well for NDP 2010 ! congrats !
you all improve during the parade so keep it up ^^
but unfortunely 3 of our cadets was not feeling well esp Shamira & Harpreet ):
they both collapse during the parade .. poor thing ):
wish them GET WELL SOON ! ((:
another one is XiuTing btw maybe she sick
tats why next time before coming for training pls have your LUNCH !!
okay ? hahah .. yup & also lets wish ADREA & SARAFINA all the best as they involved in NDP 2010 National & represent REGENT ! hooray haha .. so catch them on tv(if possible) tmr !
& also as you can see i edit this blog so that it looks more nice so must thank me (:

Attire: Full Red Cross Uniform
Things to bring : 1) 1.5L waterbottle
2) Mufti
3) Spectacle hooks ( for those who wore spectacles )

- DO NOT WEAR FULL-U from home ! Please change in school !
- Have a light breakfast ! Do not eat heavy food!
- Put your bags inside the red cross room before you fall in !
- Please go and learn to march properly especially BELOK !
- Make sure you check everything what need to bring before you leave your house. Because we wont supply you extra items !
- DO NOT BE LATE !!!!!!!
- Once you have change to FULL-U and put your bags at Red Cross Room, Please fall in at NEEDLEWORK ROOM !
- Full-U MUST BE IN TIP-TOP CONDITION !
